Very good

Liked: very clean & comfortable & all of the staff were so friendly! the little shop in reception was useful too to quickly grab water or snacks when coming back from a long day out
Disliked: the fact there was only one plug socket in the whole room. as there was two of us staying in the room, this wasn’t ideal

Liked: Decent sized rooms. Location easy to find. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Noise levels in the room. Bad sound insulation of the front door, difficut to sleep with all the noise! even people whispering in the hallway during the night can be heard.

Liked: Great location next to the M5 station. Amazing staff of the hotel really helpful. Great clean room. It was also quiet, no noise at all from outside (although the room was in the 9th floor)

Liked: A huge thank you to the front reception staff Antonio for being a great assistance. I arrived at the hotel aft almost 20 hrs being in the plane but was super early for my check in. Antonio made sure I had everything (a place to work, offered me some suggestion locations to explore while he did his best to get my room ready). I eventually got my room much earlier than regular check in time and was able to rest up, work and explore the city. Big thank you Antonio for making me feel welcomed in Milan.
