Liked: Very grateful for the help getting my suitcase up very steep staircase. Did like the courtyard outside the window.
Disliked: Very narrow stair case not easy for getting suitcase down.

Liked: I'm amazed this is classed as a 3 star hotel its more like a hostel. It is cheap so maybe I expected too much. Room clean but small on the 5th floor and view out awful. Lift very small (max two people and bags) and creaks its way up and down. Facilities non existent apart from a coffee machine in the very small reception area. Did not have breakfast so cannot assess it. Location Ok for Old Port and La Panier - all the rest a long walk away! Big Red Bus is the best mode of transport to see the town. Staff a bit off hand but pleasant.
Disliked: Located in what appears to be a roughish area of town.

Liked: Prime location, very close to every relevant site in Marseille. AC works very well, unlike most of other places in the city.
Disliked: Incredibly small room! No safe for valuables! Internet wifi needs repetitive log-in, asking for information and credentials. For the amount of money one pays, only the great location is worth!

Liked: Location was great. Just off the port area,within a mile of the train station and close to boutique shops & bars. Some lovely restaurants nearby including a Brazilian 🇧🇷 restaurant which was delicious
Disliked: A complimentary breakfast or a kettle in the room would have been nice. But otherwise it was fine
