Good value for money

Liked: The location that was 2 min away from Porta de Sol. It was silince as we had a room facing interior yard. Large confortable bed. Liked the small space with water, coffe and fruits where you can relax.
Disliked: The aor conditioning was not keeping the settings decreasing the temp up to 20C.

Not a recommend stay, only...

Liked: Pretty stylish for the money, the terrace is a good point, location and a SmartTV
Disliked: Everything is very cheap, pretty old, very noisy because of the rooftop upstairs, very near balconies that you can see and hear everything from “neighbours”, the douche is very old and pretty dirty, the water comes randomly and bad.

Liked: Perfect location. They leave basic breakfast at the door in the morning. Our toilet flush broke down and they fixed it in the same day.
Disliked: We were lucky we got the inside room but rooms facing street are extremely noisy. Streets are never empty.

A nice, quaint, budget-friendly experience

Liked: Perfect location, good value and spacious rooms. The breakfast treat was a great treat!
Disliked: When checking in, noticed my room smelled like smoke and spent time dealing with staff trying to get a new room. The new room had a musky smell too, so believe the rooms need to have better air ventilation or taken care of.

Quiet and modern excellent location.

Liked: Right on the edge of the square (puerta del sol) is in a pedestrian area and surprising quiet. Was exactly the kind of place I was looking for, very functional and central.
Disliked: It can be quite difficult to find as in the pedestrian zone our airport taxi driver was completely lost. Much easier to be dropped off on the edge of the pedestrian zone and walk from there. Very small entrance, but if you find the hotel Europa on the square just navigate from there.
