a great choice in the...

Liked: Location was excellent! Very clean room, very helpful staff. It says that it does not offer breakfast but they actually leave small treats on the door every morning (ie croissant and a bottle of water) and they have a cafeteria in the basement, available to all the guests 24/7. It was a great choice!

Straightforward, comfortable, good value option...

Liked: Excellent location in central Madrid with easy access to trains and airport and a very comfortable bed. Great for a one-night stayover after a long flight.
Disliked: Nothing specific. Modern hotel so room felt a little impersonal - but all very functional.

Ideal for business travellers

Liked: The hotel is very well located in the heart of Madrid only 1 minute walk from Puerta de Sol and it is very well connected with the public transport (Metro, train). The hotelroom was very clean, although a bit compact but it is practical for business travellers. The personnel itself very helpful to any kind of request.
Disliked: The hotel does not provide breakfast, but it is possible to have coffe, juice or even some fruit or bisquits in the basement, where there is a kitchen accessible 24/7.

Liked: Room and facilities fine. All clean and functional.Issue was with the noise. No noise from inside the hotel, but we chose a room with a balcony and the noise from the bars and streets was ridiculous! Couldn't get to sleep, and woken up early. Sunday morning we ensured an hour of relentless drumming from the square.Hotel clearly knows the room is noisy as provided ear plugs. It should say that this, more expensive, room type overlooks a very busy and noisy street, with late night bars below and directly opposite and a roof terrace bar restaurant on the floor above.
