Liked: The location is excellent and the staffs are very nice and helpful. The morning simple breakfast is also very nice.
Disliked: The cleanness needs some improvements. We found two cockroaches in our room. The staff has quickly let us changed to another room. The second room has no cockroaches. The floor can be a little more cleaner.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Loved the nice touch of leaving a bag with one or two baked goods with water outside the door in the mornings-it’s a lovely gesture to guests. Staff are very welcoming. Great location also. I did find my room a little warm so not sure how effective the air conditioning was or whether the heating in the building was on a lot.
