Clean, quiet and comfortable

Liked: Very very quiet at night even though the hotel was busy. Lovely air conditioned room which we were extremely thankful for as it was registering 41 degrees outside!
Disliked: Difficult to know where to stop on arrival as it is on a main road. Parking is great once you are given instructions on check in.

Comfy beds but in need...

Disliked: No in room kettle, not enough towels, only paper cups and very dated worn decor

Liked: Good location. only 15 minute walk to get into the center. Good sized, clean room and comfortable beds. Good selection of food for breakfast. We were a family of 4
Disliked: Parking was a bit of a hit or miss and around hotel parkong is quite expensive to park if you don't get a spot with the hotel

Liked: I like that its close to Metro.
Disliked: You can tell that the hotel is old, no tea or coffee in the room. Its kinda dirty, I had a problem with the shower.

Disliked: The worst part of our leisure was the student receptionist’s attitude! She was not helpful and lacked empathy. The sockets didn't work. The room need an intensive restoration.
