Comfortable stay

Liked: Comfortable hotel near Gallerie Shopping Centre. Staff very prompt to assist with room issue on check in. Good continental breakfast with some vegan options.
Disliked: Unfortunately found mould in bathroom of initial room.

Satisfactory stay, very clean room...

Liked: Very clean, just as described. I would prefer to have electronic room cards instead of codes but it is a personal preference. The hotel was very comfortable and self check-out helped us a lot since our train was at 7 am. The hotel is right next to the river and it was beautiful to sit there and relax. The only thing is that the sound from the upper floors are heard very clearly and had a hard time sleeping the first night due to furniture movement sounds or something. But to be fair it is not the hotel’s fault since it was probably another guest. Thank you for the good experience!

Liked: It was very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good.The location was great!

Liked: As we were coming late, the staff was kind enough to call us and checks us in remotely so we do not have any issues when arriving at the hotel.
Disliked: The beds were comfy but a bit too narrow.
