I would like to commend...

Liked: Location. Near a supermarket, fast food chain, small commercial centre and friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The windows and walls are thin. We can hear the noise of the vehicles from outside and hear the noise of walking along the hallway and even the noise of the room beside us.

Liked: It was close to the airport.
Disliked: One towel slightly larger than a hand towel is the only one you get. It comes in a bag that asks you to use it only if absolutely necessary. Perhaps in Europe washing one’s hands after using the toilet is less common? Because I can’t think of a circumstance in which I would be in a hotel overnight and not wash my hands at least twice. Are guests meant to dry there hands by wiping them on their clothing or the bedding?

Liked: Very clean and practical hotel for a short layover. Room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Only issue that affected us was the lack of baggage trolleys (I was carrying a large and heavy box and wasn't expecting to carry it by hand to the room)

Front desk staff were exceptional,...

Liked: Left at 4am for airport so didn’t have an opportunity to eat breakfast.
Disliked: Our absolutely only complaint was the mattress, it’s past it’s due date for comfort. Definitely had grooves or has lost its support, uneven.
