Liked: Large family room. Friendly staff. Nice and clean
Disliked: Room felt very damp, including the beds.

Liked: Comfortable room, right near the met system to take you into the centre and near a good supermarket. Breakfast had good selection, croissants, meats and cereals.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit run down inside when walking through the corridors etc.

Liked: Hotel team was very friendly and helpful. The location is approx 20 mins walking distance to the center. It is located in a quite, safe area.
Disliked: The clients on the upper or lower floor were loud during the night and unfortunately I could hear them all night long. If you are 2 persons travelling with suitcases, you may not move inside the room:)

Plagued with cigarette smoke and...

Liked: It was a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice modern decor throughout.
Disliked: Cleanliness is something that needs improvement, the floors had bits all over, dust on all the surfaces. Brown stains on bedding - this was swapped for a cover that was far too big for the single duvet, but it was all the reception staff could find. We went and bought a rubber style bath mat on arrival as the plug hole on the wet room (wheelchair accessible room) absolutely disgusting. It had thick, black mould surrounding the plug hole. So we bought a mat to cover this, as the B&B had no other rooms that could accommodate a wheelchair. On arrival the room absolutely stank beyond belief of cigarette smoke! As soon as the room door opened slightly, you were hit with the smell of the smoke! We explained this to staff who told us they had a machine that could get rid of the smell but we’d need to leave. So we left, and it did help, when we returned the smell had dissipated. Unfortunately, it smelt like every single guest smoked on level 1 (our floor). The smell was so strong at all times, people were clearly smoking in their rooms, staff didn’t seem to mind, and no one was pulled on this. Meaning all our belongings now smell strongly pf cigarette smoke! It is a non-smoking B&B, this is clearly stated throughout. It was awful! Lying in bed with an extremely strong smell of smoke at all times coming into your room. Meaning your hair, despite showering, constantly smelt of cigarettes! We found this awful. With 2 children with asthma I found the staff’s response to everyone smoking a joke in all honesty. Would not stay here again!
