Disliked: Small rooms but clean

Nice hotel but v poor...

Disliked: Unable to access our paid-for room on 27/28 March due to a technical fault in their automated check in process (1am arrival) which meant we had to sleep in the car as no one around to help and Appel feature rang out unanswered. Been promised a refund by client services multiple times but despite numerous attempts I am still chasing them one month later for this. Nice hotel (reception area was anyway) and understand tech issues occur but now let down badly by terrible customer after-care service.

Liked: The manager was extremely friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. The family room has plenty of space.
