Liked: Free parking. Breakfast.
Disliked: Reception did not let us know we could use a free pass for public transport. Receptionist were not helpful enough. Noise from next room.

Spacious modern rooms

Liked: Spacious modern room, big beds and lovely bathroom. Spacious car park and very close to Lausanne city.
Disliked: Would have been great to have a small refrigerator, we had medication that needs to stay in the fridge and since the majority of hotels have a little fridge I thought this will have one as well.

Bad experience, choose other hotels.

Disliked: Not at all helpful staff. Noisy rooms. Not enough towel for the couple. No amenities in the room. The room was noisy due to the street nearby. I asked the reception 20-30mins after entering the room to change the room because of the noise. They said you already used the room. When I said I could realize the noise just after this amount of time, they said sorry and can't do anything. Even I told them that if they could change it the next day, as they would do the room cleaning every day. They said it's not possible.
