Comfortable hotel with reasonable price...

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out process very smooth. Location was good. U-bahn station Habichtstrasse is close and you can easily get from there into the center of the city.

Nice hotel to stay in...

Liked: Our overnight stay in this hotel was quite pleasant in a clean room with a good breakfast to start the day. One other pleasing thing that has to be mentioned is that parking in front of the hotel was free of charge (for the available parking lots).

Basic value hotel in the...

Liked: Basic hotel, room clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine. Close to U-bahn station.
Disliked: A little noise came into the room, from outside and inside the hotel. A curious incident with the housekeeper playing a religious service loudly on her phone in the corridor then getting into the lift with me and signing along. From the signage, I felt I might have got a better rate if I’d booked direct.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great. You are 3 minutes away from a metro station that does about 20 minutes to the center (direct metro), about 5 minutes away from a pretty decent Aldi store and you are about 20 minutes away from airport metro station with one change. As a bonus, near the metro station there is a good kebab store. The neighbourhood felt pretty safe day and night. The room had decent sound proofing and the beds were very confortable and big enough. Cleaning was done every day. Based on the prices I have seen for Hamburg, this hotel is great value: it is very clean, confortable, has great connection with the city and it is cheap enough. It also has self check-in and the access to room is via code, which is fantastic. The hotel has its own pretty big parking lot.
Disliked: The main downside is that the room is extremely small. The bathroom is decent in size, but the room itself is very small with little storage space and no refrigerator.

Disliked: The room was very small there wasn't even enough space for our suitcase and basic things missing. Even 30 euro a night rooms have an electric kettle cups, and spoons. To get hot water you have to go all the way downstairs we are at level 5 and 4 because they didnt give us room on the same floor all thought we are family of 6 people.It was a very bad experience. If i have choice i will definitely book other hotel. In this hotel room is that much tiny because they converted double bad room into 3 single bed room if you put your suit case then there is no soace left and sometime you trip from your own suitcase really bad experience. Totally waste of money.
