Good

Liked: The location close to the public transportation. Room was clean and nothing to comment on that.
Disliked: Breakfast was nice, but could be placed better. Now things were too high or around a corner. During our stay there was a lot of roadwork around.

Disappointing stay

Liked: Location is ok with car, close to center.
Disliked: Expensive parking, staff not helpful, rooms are very bad value for money for European standards. Elevator not working properly.

Very good

Liked: Staff was friendly and able to check us in early. Nice selection of drinks at the front desk. It was a hot day and a cool room felt wonderful.
Disliked: We were using public transit and the Berliner Tor station which is nearest to the hotel was under renovation and a maze of steps. Not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of.

Liked: everything
Disliked: cleaning service opened my door even though i had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. they woke me up at 9am and when they noticed me there, they closed the door and said sorry.
