Great!

Liked: The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming and understanding. They addressed our requests immediately (we were in Hamburg for the marathon and had particular requests). Tobias Schindler in particular was extremely nice and accommodating, we couldn’t thank him enough.We would definitely stay again in this hotel.

The room are too expensive...

Liked: I like that the room was quiet. The washroom were clean.
Disliked: The attitude of the cleaning staff could be better. On our second day the staff left the towels in the sink instead of leaving them on them on the right place.
