Disaster. Should be shut down

Liked: WARNING - do not book this hotel. It’s in a dodgy neighborhood although all of Grenoble is dodgy. We parked outside the hotel at 21:00 for 1 night and the next morning our car window was smashed and we were robbed of the contents inside. We suspect the hotel staff were involved as there are 4 B+B Hotels in Grenoble ( ?! ) and we went to the wrong one at first because 2 were called ‘Center’ but neither was in the center of town! Stay away. The internal decoration needs updating and our non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke.

They refused to check me...

Disliked: They refused to check me in. They claimed they tried to contact me to communicate the problems but nothing showed up on my end. When I stated that, the lady started screaming frantically and slammed the door on me. I had to look for another accomodation.
