Liked: Lovely helpful staff, clean and comfortable facilities. Good value for money.
Disliked: The location is a little odd on the outskirts of the city in a large-scale shopping mall. This was ideal for us as we didn’t want to drive into the city and it’s convenient for shops etc but not the nice scenic setting you might get elsewhere in Granada.

Liked: I liked everything, all the facilities, location, staff that as professional, cleanliness, views around, area, safety. That was more than I expected. Thank you so much for the great service.
Disliked: I have only one suggestion. I wish there is possibility to dry clothes.

Liked: Didn't have the breakfast but the location was excellent for our needs.
Disliked: A small seat in the shower would have been safer for me because as an elderly person with a medical condition I am a bit unsteady on my feet at times.
