Exceptional

Not bad but I will...

Liked: The automated check-out is a nice thing and it is also great to be able to enter the hotel parking lot and to leave it without having to use any card or opening the car window.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed when I found out that right under the "right from the oven" sign at the breakfast, the bread slices were cold as if just taken out of the refrigerator (which was obviously the case). Moreover, the slice I took was visibly mouldy, and when I spoke to the maid, she took the tray back to the kitchen and came back with what looked like just the slices without any mould. This is a direct contradiction to what I was told at the check-in: that the breakfast is always 100 % fresh so it has to be ordered on the evening before at latest.Furthermore, I had stayed in a few hotels but I never encountered the cheapest toilet paper at the toilet until I came to the B&B hotel.I was not planning to complain but since you asked for me feedback, here it is.
