Great value for the price.

Liked: The hotel is very clean and the family room great value for money, it has the additions you could expect at the value of the room - wifi, standard complimentary breakfast and clean sheets! I thought this hotel was well worth its good price.
Disliked: The only negative is that it is not in the best area. It is close to the station which is what we wanted, but the area close to the train station is not the best and has some seedy looking (I emphasizing looking, as there was no trouble whatsoever) characters.

Disliked: if you have a car, there is no parking inside the hotel....

Disliked: Lot was full but parked close by in a nice safe garage recommended by staff. The shower head in the shower was broken.

Disliked: The breakfast could give more choices. Low WiFi secure.

Disliked: The family room is too small for 3 of us. The bed is less than 1 metre from the entrance. The room given by us didn’t look like the room shown on booking.com.

Liked: This a convenient hotel close the railway station. The location is excellent, it’s very close to Hbf still in a safe area at the crossroads of the bank street. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom and Internet worked well. We can recommend this place and would be happy to come back.
