Enjoyed our stay, but felt...

Liked: The breakfast was really good, but the price paid for the breakfast was much higher than other similar hotels we stayed at. The room was good, however there was a little hair left over on the floor and the vanity from the previous occupants.
Disliked: The staff/front desk at the location were not welcoming to guests. Other hotels we usually stay at the staff are always happy to help us wth everything and greet us when we walk in the front doors, but that was not the case at this location.

Liked: The location was good. We didn't know what to expect of Florence in terms of locations,and for our first stay, it was good.

Liked: Location to center city was excellent.
Disliked: We were by maids cleaning facility. In the morning around 7:30. Door slammed about 20 times.
