Below BB standard

Disliked: Was allocated a room which was not cleaned and with beds not made up and like it was from the previous guests.I was just lucky that the reception lady was still there and I could get the last room available.If I had to use the machine check in, I had to sleep in another persons bed !!Breakfast just sufficient, below BB level.
