Liked: Nice modern hotel. Public spaces were clean.
Disliked: Access to the hotel is not very good from the rear parking area with steps going up and then down to get to reception. There is a step free route around the building in front of the hotel but this is not ideal.

Liked: Basic accommodation. Ideal hotel without frills for a stopover when travelling. Room was clean and the price was very affordable. Our booking included breakfast. The breakfast was very good and the hi-lite of our stay. On-site secure parking for a small fee.Henry Beukes

Very good
Liked: Simple, cheap and good underground parking. The hotel wa allocated near a tram stop that made it easy to get to city centre despite the hotel being on the edge of the city.
Disliked: Not very clean and only one paper cup in the bathroom and one very small bath towel per person.

Convenient location off the motorway,...
Liked: Convenient location from the motorway. Also close to a tram stop which took us into the centre
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit disappointing

We would not stop here...
Liked: Hotel is clean, location is ok for a stop over.
Disliked: There was no one on-site to greet us. We couldn’t get in the building as it was self check in after 9pm even though we got there at 8-30. We couldn’t get access to the rooms. Terrible service, eventually a man tried to communicate with us but could speak no English fortunately we can speak a bit of Spanish. Took about 45 mins to get in our rooms.
