B&B HOTEL Cergy Port 4 étoiles

More 2 star than 4...

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: I'm not sure why the B&B hotel chain include "4 etoiles" in the type of hotel. As others have commented it is more like a 2 star hotel but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't stay in another one. I think the location is fine if you are visiting the university but there is not much in the vicinity otherwise.

Liked: Decent meal and nice Room in the price.
Disliked: Nightmare with the Staff in the Night shift. No English at all evenif this is France, (but Hotel!!). and never been worst in his ability with treating guest. I had to wait my turn in the que (Not really que, just one guest and me) for over Half an hour without being asked any EXCUSE or what's going on. It was 12:30AM!!

Comfortable stay in well situated...

Liked: rooms very big. Lockable bicycle storage very good too.
Disliked: We arrived on a sunday but it would have been nice if the bar had been open for coffee at least

Excellent value for money family...

Liked: The hotel was fabulous. Really great large car park with no height barrier but secure with electronic barriers on the way in and out for safety. Super clean and super quiet which is a real must for us. The family room was exceptional. The beds very very comfortable too. Ahmadou was super efficient on check-in and throughout our stay helping us order local food due to the restaurant being closed for refurbishment. Very kind and always going above and beyond providing us with outstanding service - thank you!
Disliked: Nothing.

I don’t recommend to anyone...

Liked: Nothing the rooms where very smelly I booked 2 rooms they give me 1 I thought it was family one when I when to the room was only for 2 people I when to the reception again and asked them we are 4 people and then she said ok I will give you a second room bad experience very dirty rooms

Superb

Liked: Location is good for conference in the uni, and the breakfast is not bad.

Friendly staff

Liked: Good location for where we needed to be. Surrounded by trees which hid the concrete jungle of Cergy Pontoise and made the rooms feel airy and brought. Reception staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: The lift is too far from reception, which makes it very difficult for people with mobility problems to get to their room if it’s not on the ground floor next to reception. A reluctance from the staff to clear dirty plates at breakfast and after serving teas in the lounge.
