Good value for money

Liked: The room was comfortable and had enough place for three of us. Beds were comfy and clean. The area was reasonable quit, even the road is close. The area and the parking is private. Good value for money

Lovely clean hotel, nice staff...

Liked: I was only there for one night. I liked the location, the hotel itself was nice and open and clean. Had a modern premium feel to it.
Disliked: The lifts were not near the reception. You have to walk down a long corridor to get the lift which in my case was an inconvenience because I had some heavy items with me.

Liked: nice location, walking distance to the mall and the train station
Disliked: hair dyer did not work and technician did not come on time, so i had to left with wet hair

Exceptional

dirty, smelly, school children grabbing...

Liked: location is good.
Disliked: rooms were dirty, car park entrance was very tight and awkward to get cars in and out. staff were not friendly. Breakfast was a mess, lots of school children grabbing every bit of food with hands, not waiting.rooms smelled and had a oil filled radiator as aircon was not workingoverall the hotel is as bad as it was when Novotel owned it, if not worse.
