Worth the money

Liked: Breakfast Buffet was excellent but we missed out on the Sunday because we didn’t realise you needed to book in advance for it . Rooms clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Could do with a lift for anyone who has problems with stairs

Disliked: Toilet seat broken. Headboard light broken. Room very small. Location unattractive

Disliked: No receptionist when we arrived and it took some time to figure out what we had to do to check in - once we did it was easy

Liked: Very quite. Restaurant just across road . Very clean and linen and towels very good .and good value .
Disliked: We had a long journey and wanted to just fresh up and relax..We arrived at 2 oclock ..Never used a self book in before...But managed in the end getting our door code..when we went to open door the bedroom had not been made ..But a lovely house cleaner sorted it out .But had wait about 45 mins..Then.the door key didn't work..We rang up the receptionist who gave us another code Didn't work then lastly after ringing again 3rd time still didnt work so waited until 5 oclock when receptionist arrived and sorted it for us ...So at last we were in our room after 3hours.After check in ..I think you have a problem with room 021 door lock . .
