Mixed feelings. Beautiful hotel. Zita...

Liked: Beautiful beautiful energy and interesting branding inclusive and liberating
Disliked: Problem with our room, the shower didn’t work properly, fountain in the bathroom and the window didn’t close. With Brussels noise and cold. Zita was so kind in replacing our room that we stayed one more night. Hussein on the other hand, refused us the privileges that come with signing with their loyalty program. He gave us the managers number but that number would again go to reception for no solutions. Only resistance. The umbrella app keeps asking for more payment though we returned it the same day and paid the amount. Stayed one university group so that made it noisy and the floor and coffee galley ended up being so dirty and messy.

Liked: The Location at Bailli was great for me. The room was clean and the cleaning personal very friendly.
Disliked: The reception staff was super rude. Already the person who checked me in talking to me as if I was stupid while not understanding that I asked for an early check-in and had already agreed to pay the 15€ for being in the room 40min earlier. At the check out I had agreed upon 1h late checkout. However, someone came busting into my room telling me very loudly that I have to evacuate the room immediately. She left without an apology when I told her that this must be a mistake.At that time, I had the room locked from the inside, so obviously staff can enter the room even when it is locked. This also happened with the cleaning staff the day before. Not sure what is the point of locking the door when everyone can simply burst in.There is no water kettle nor fridge in the room.

A nice place to stay..

Liked: There was a luggage room where we kept our luggage 5 hours after our check out.. The location was nice.. It was clear and comfortable.. Bus/ tram station was just nearby and coffee machine in the floor was nice..
Disliked: Everything was good so far..

Liked: All in all it was a good stay. The staff is friendly and most of the time helpfull.The rooms are clean and nothing was missing.
Disliked: As we traveled with a bigger car "Viano" I asked upfront if the garage is suitable for 2m hight. The Answer was yes - but as we arrived the staff at the reception said no - only 1.90m -- that answer costs us a 1 1/2 hours tour by car through the city center to find a parking place - but ended in parking in front of the B&B on the street.The next day we checked the garage and there was an even bigger car in the garage then ours. The staff told us the garage is booked outand we should check bepark - but was not able to explain how to do it.Install the app ... book a place via the app using credit card and find a place nearly.That was really fustrating. I expect the staff to know that and to assist.Maybe a good idea to have a map of the bepark places and a guide for the process of booking.

Liked: Hotel is close to the tram Station. You can easily to the City centre come. Breakfast was super.
