Comfortable!!

Liked: The bed was so good. The room is also simple and comfortable.
Disliked: I couldn’t connect internet, because of security of my phone maybe. But I needed more support from staff.

Liked: It is a great location perfect for a short stay good breakfast and clean rooms
Disliked: There's not much we didn't like however the rooms could do with an updated especially the bathroom

Liked: Very polite staff, friendly people, very good transportation to the centre of the city , quiet neighbourhood, clean, they changed the towels every day. They insisted on keeping the room tight and clean They were also very distinctive while being present at the same time. Very good wi-fi signal. You can work as long as you want on your lap top. I asked them twice to print something for me and they did it for free. Any question I had about the city they were willing to help me immediately. They had a smile always on their face. Thank you so much for helping me during my staying and my exams at the University. Maria

Very good

Liked: Secure parking for our motorcycles. Accommodation in Bordeaux is on the high side, so we stayed out a little, a 20min bus ride into the centre, was fine. Download the bus app to buy return tickets, it was simple to use.
