Worst late check in experience...

Liked: The bed was big and we slept ok but the whole process of getting there was just a nightmare. We arrived 11.20 pm and that check in machine was just impossible. It found my booking but then the spinner went indefinitely. Calling someone from the button took forever and then they told me some other booking number than the one you get via email- well who should know that. But it didn’t end there. The machine got stuck again during payment and the spinner came back. We had to again call that help which by the way was super unfriendly. Finally they woke some manager inside the hotel who opened for us but didn’t bother try some English - in a hotel I would expect that. We got in after 1 hour! In the middle of the night! I was so tired and cold. I will never ever chose any B&B hotel again if I know I arrive late.

Good price for value.
