Great budget hotel

Liked: Had a ground floor room as requested due to travelling with my dog. Nice sized room, clean and comfortable with a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Secure Parking. Good WiFi and a surprisingly good breakfast for a budget hotel. Lots of restaurants across the road.

Liked: Location and night porter was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows and terrible breakfast. Day staff do not speak much English and were not very helpful.

When you don’t need the...

Liked: This is a very difficult sector to evaluate - it’s a very functional low cost hotel option and whilst some elements were a little dated, overall it was clean, comfortable bed for the night, small but adequate shower room and was how I expected it to be. For a work stopover it worked well and everyone was friendly and welcoming. What was also nice was the next day breakfast - good coffee and croissants sufficient choice for a simple meal before starting the day. As a no-frills hotel it was good overall - I’d use B&B again.
