It was an ok stay,

Liked: It was upto standard
Disliked: No kettle for me to make tea as and when l want. I also had to request for an iron.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location, comfortable room. Nice reception/breakfast area to hang out in, even if you don’t get the breakfast. The staff were fantastic. We needed some help and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.

Excellent choice, great location

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money. Excellent public area where you can sit & relax with views, a bar, free hot drinks. The room was great but we did go for the slightly larger double - a good choice. Ask for a room facing the outside and higher floor for the views.
Disliked: The one thing, they don't clear used plates etc while you're still at the table. It's a buffet breakfast and so you end up with plates etc you've used cluttering up your table and no room to eat. A small thing but when I went to put the debris on a different table to give us room, the lady going round made a disapproving comment to me. My thoughts, what am I supposed to do?

Clean comfy stay for a...

Liked: Modern and very clean rooms, and silent accommodation. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I think it worth the money. It is 10 min walk from the central train station, super close to public transport and the main attractions in the centrum. We were given possibility check-in in early (in return of a fee), which we appreciate cause we needed to prep for a wedding event. They provide a luggage store for free, that was very helpful next day after we check out! Our room was facing a nice building, which we enjoyed the view.
Disliked: The TV in our room didn't work, but for us it was no big deal therefore we didn't mention it to reception.
