Liked: Wonderful stay

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was nourishing and filling. Nothing like fresh croissants and fruit compote to start the day. The bed was comfortable, and the place was exceptionally clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They sponsor the Louise Penny Tour that started there, and it was fabulous.
Disliked: It was what I expected and more, so I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Liked: Wonderful croissants at breakfast, and superbly helpful hosts with lots of good advice about sights and timing and where to eat well.Louise Penny fans: these are the folks who run the tour, so you couldn’t be better placed!
Disliked: The coffee could be better. We like it rich and dark.However, that’s not much of a complaint!

Liked: It was beautiful with lovely gardens. Very comfortable rooms. And the owners were very hospitable and friendly.
