Liked: The location of the facility, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, was a great advantage for us. The host was amazing — she introduced us around the city, and helped us with anything we needed. We really liked the coffee and snacks served in the mornings. We would like to thank her sincerely for all of these and would definitely recommend the facility to anyone wanting to stay here.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the place was a little cleaner.

Liked: My stay was amazing. The host was so accommodating and welcoming. She wanted to make sure that I had everything that I needed and even helped with my luggage. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in Florence. Only a 15 minute walk to the center as well!

Liked: Rosa was incredible, the historic building was beautiful, we felt at home, and the location was wonderful.

Liked: Our room was clean and tidy and breakfast was available, Rosa made a great cup of coffee!She was so friendly and helpful, gave us lots of information regarding visiting the city, from where to eat and where to catch buses. She also supplied us with an umbrella and mosquito repellent plug!!
Disliked: Would have liked breakfast a little earlier.

Liked: The apartment was clean and lovely. The hostess Rosa was super helpful and gave us nice tips for exploring the city. The location was quite easy accessible from S.M. Novella station by tram.
