Liked: This place was exceptionally quiet. Like I have never been in a hotel room or even a room in my house that was absolutely quiet. It is by a street and you do not hear anything at all. The muffins were excellent. We ended up chat with the host for a couple hours after breakfast. Very enjoyable.
Disliked: It was on the second floor and we had to climb a flight of stairs. Normally no big deal but I need knee surgery so it hurt walking up and down. The host was nice enough to carry my bag. He didn't have to do that.

Liked: Beautiful old historic house, furnished true to the era.Spacious room with lots of i formation on the area.Delicious breakfast.Lovely host.Vicksburg is a very nice town with lots of places to eat.
Disliked: Didn’t expect parking to be on the street rather than at the house, but not a problem - just outside the property, very quiet and easy.
