Closed and never let their...

Liked: Nothing as we arrived to the hotel being in darkness
Disliked: The hotel was closed and no one choose to let their bookings know but instead put an A4 piece of paper in a window (which was hard to see as there was no lights on) saying to go to another hotel, the other hotel never had you booked in but luckily had space (could have been different if it was during the summer season)

Disliked: The hotel was closed due to a fire and I was never notified. I arrived to a closed down hotel and no one to talk to about it.

Liked: Nothing, I was unable to stay at this hotel.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I wasn’t notified that the hotel was closed down. We showed up for our stay and it was completed closed down. There were signs everywhere saying to go to “ocean paradise” down the road if we had reservations here. They up charged me when I was told on the phone they would match my price. Instead of $311 I was booked for I was told they could only get it to $400. If I could leave a review for that’ll I would love to share my thoughts! The apparently are owned by the same family and I was also not impressed.

Hotel is Shutdown

Liked: This hotel was shut down when we arrived. I never received any notice that the hotel was closed and we had to find another place to spend the night
Disliked: Hotel was completely shut down no answered the phone and to date I have not been contacted by the property
