Exceptional
Liked: Rooms were well appointed, brekky was great. Shout out to Sydnee whose customer service was exceptional. (But all staff were lovely)
Disliked: The only thing we thought needed attention was the outside table out the back,the ash tray was overflowing with butts all over the ground.

Liked: ALL of the staff were fabulous! Extremely kind and hospitable! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

It was a great place...
Liked: The location was amazing, loved the walking path behind the hotel. Our room was wonderful and all of the amenities of the hotel
Disliked: Breakfast - we were there for quite a few days and it was the same thing every day - which is okay but the muffins were very dry

Nice enough hotel, pleasant staff,...
Liked: Breakfast was good and there was sufficient to please most tastes I would think with variety of offerings.
Disliked: We had booked a family suite for two nights.We went out for a full day starting at 10:00 a.m, and when we returned late afternoon we found no one from housekeeping had been to our room. Beds not made up. Used bathroom towels as we left them. Garbage not emptied.. the coffee machine was not working but they replaced the machine. No towel provided to dry the dishes. Only two glasses provided in a family suite.On check out I told the reception desk that we had had no housekeeping and they were very apologetic. I told them we had put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door when we went for breakfast but took it off when we were out all day. They said they would follow through with housekeeping. Staff were nice though. Room was noisy with traffic going by in the night hours. If we stayed there again we would ask for a room facing the back of the hotel where it would be quieter.

Adequate but would not come...
Liked: The breakfast was good, nothing special.
Disliked: The new pillows were impossibly too thick. Very uncomfortable.Our room was over the outside door at the back where a few people went outside to smoke.......so we couldn't open our window.
