Disliked: Staff attitude. First encounter : "You can't book in until 2pm", all but spat out the words. Second encounter when booking in after 2pm, booking staff told me I was being aggressive towards him when I questioned whether I had already paid through Booking.Com and he asked me to pay. I am not an aggressive person. Think the staff are not happy working there.Aircon not working (had to get maintenance to fix), very basic (despite paying an additional $50 for ensuite room). Toilet not "gift wrapped" to confirm it had been cleaned, no phone, no mobile charging facility, no electric blanket, no compendium, only a sheet cover to bed (no douvet) and blankets were thrown into a cupboard (not folded), television remote control not working properly, room 'with view' was main road with convenience store and Thai massage parlour opposite.

Liked: Great large sized room. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Great Amenities. Lovely staff.

Disappointing

Disliked: there was no remote for the tv, only one key to start with so access was delayed, had to wait hours in the pub buying beers only to find out they did not have a remote for the tv in my room.
