Disliked: I found the staff at reception unfriendly, the room while clean smelt heavily of chlorine, the connecting door to the other room could do with a door wedge to prevent opening (parental concern) Over reliance of wifi for the smart tv - Wifi was slow and dropped out. Whats wrong with traditionally TV? Price a little hefty - Had better stays in much cheaper places. I recognize you wont do anything with this info - I feel better for mentioning it.

Disliked: We had hardly no hot water, with 3 bathrooms in our apartment you should all be able to have a shower. We could not even fill the spa without the water going cold. Spa was a waste of time
