Disliked: Beds were a bit uncomfortable. One night we could smell something burning on the basement floor. Think it was coming from the dryers

Disliked: Power outage. No micro wave in room. No nite lite in bathroom. Water temp way to hot

Awesome location and great place...

Liked: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean and updated, and the pool and location were awesome too! Also very nice continental breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Traverse City.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was great!

Liked: The setting is beautiful, the accommodations are very nice. The welcome from our first receptionist was lukewarm at best. She was an outlier because the rest of the staff were very welcoming and that made up for our first impression. We definitely will stay again!
