A great stop in Ventura...

Liked: I really like the owner Mr. Patel, he is a friendly man and a wonderfully powerful human being. His demeanor is welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that fact that people do not realize how special this man and his motels are; as special as they are. Mr. Mayor (sp) is a special human being who really cares about his tenants (customers) staying in his home (motels)!

Liked: Owner, Mr. Patel, very friendly and caring guy. He is passionate about his industry and loves helping the needy. Nice man. Clean hotel, especially for the price

Don't book this place; not...

Liked: The owner is very personable, however, the pictures posted on Booking.com were not even comparable to the room I was given. I chose not to even stay because the room had a strange smell, there was a vent hanging loose in the bathroom, and overall the room furnishings looked rundown and unappealing. The window treatments in particular looked very ramshackle and not what I would I have come to expect from a professionally run motel business.
Disliked: Poor furnishings, no hangers in the closet, kitchen feature looked very sad and kind of scary. Bathroom window was hard to open/close and had no screen.
