We survived not worth the...

Disliked: Overbooked hotel, had reservations for 2 queens, instead had to share one bed with my kids. Limited breakfast amounts

Never stained MOLD!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There was people standing in the lobby with complaints about mold. Counter receptionists couldn’t get a manager due to lack of know how. We had a reservation that was for 11am but they couldn’t check us in til 4pm with a vacant house (no cars in the entire parking lot) and refuses to refund money, we was on a 36hr drive back home from visiting sick family we just wanted to sleep and that money they need to refund us could help us greatly right now that we are home. Especially since we never stayed there bc we left after trying to get refunded or a manager that we never got and sat on the phone with booking.com for over an hour and they couldn’t help us either I would post the pictures but the other couple that was there has them
