The check in was terrible - had to wait until she took 2 calls. Breakfast was undesirable. I'll never stay at this location ever again. I've had a much better experience in MI and MN.

OVERPRICED

Liked: I liked the size of the hot tub.
Disliked: The hot water was the cold and the cold was the hot. While I was filling up the hot tub the filter fell off into the water. The lady at the front desk said that it happens and she didn’t know how to fix it. Plus her knees are bad. Then the jet’s barely worked. The cover had holes in it, the air conditioner was dirty. And last but not least the tissue holder in the bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall, it would slide out every time we needed to get tissue.

Liked: No I did stay thereThe place was nasty it smelled like urine and mildew there was the smell of marijuana in the halls the carpet was nasty and smelled . The mattress in one room had a big urine stain it was crumbs in the bed in the other room It seemed like it was one those stay a week. I would not recommend this place to anybody

Liked: The location was good for us, close to restaurants and shopping. For the price of the room, that included breakfast, the breakfast was adequate. We had to ask for more yogurt and that was provided. I don't remember seeing fresh fruit. And with the price of eggs, I don't blame them for not having them.
Disliked: The pool was only open from 3pm to 9pm. The pool was in dire need of paint and repair. The pool room walls were poorly repaired in some spots and in need of repair in others. Your room key did not work to get into the pool area. You had to ask at the front desk to be let in.The beds were made with the sheet on top of the blanket. I flipped mine over so I would be sleeping between sheets. But it made me wonder if other people don't do that, do they wash the blankets each time? I only saw sheets outside the rooms that were being cleaned.Our room was on the 3rd floor. I was ok with that except for when I took the elevator up to our room. The elevator had such an awful smell, somewhere between vomit and something died in there, that we used the stairs every other time we left our room.
