Not impressed, won’t be back

Liked: No king bed available
Disliked: The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, attitude, she and another employee were fighting and arguing in front of us.

Disappointing

Disliked: We reserved a queen studio that had 2 queens and a sofa bed. The sofa bed said do not open. I paid extra for the extra bed. We also received a drink ticket to the hotel bar. When we went to use it the bar tender said the drink ticket doesn't work during happy hour. No where on the ticket did it have when the ticket was good for the free drink.

Great place to stay!

Liked: Room was nice and property was clean.
Disliked: Not the best trailer parking or dog area.

Liked: Location. We booked a king room but it was on the top floor. We actually preferred a first floor room. They were very accommodating and gave us a first floor room. It was a queen room but that was ok
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking choices

Baymont redeemed!

Liked: No issues at all. Great place to stay and I will stay there again! Baymont is a name i trust. I have only had one bad experience with a Baymont and that was in Spearfish which I've already reviewed.

Liked: Convenient location to a lot of attractions. Staff was extremely pleasant and excited to have you as a guest.
Disliked: We arrived late so don’t have a chance to experience the lounge/gaming section of hotel.
