Staff should have better training...

Liked: The place has been in Richmond, IL for many years. But the building was very clean and they have added new toilets & sinks, beds were good and fresh smelling.
Disliked: We have been members of the Wyndham travel club for Many years. We had booked & paid for two nights But the place was fully booked and we had all night talkers next us-talking, crying, yelling & vaping out the window ( we could smell it). At 1:30 am-I had to knock on the door an ASK them to stop the noise. The motel owners / reception should have walked the halls and heard them making noise-and stopped them. This group also took all the breakfast tables-and watched people stand waiting to eat. We decided to leave the motel a day early & not have to deal with the group of 8 rude people for another night. We lost our money and Wyndham points too.

Adequate for the night.

Liked: Good Waffle, The sheets were excellent. Better than most better motels. an extra chair in the room.
Disliked: Extra chair was pretty wobbly.
