It was overall an uncomfortable...

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The rest of the hotel was very unsettling. There were broken down vehicles in the parking lot. The staff did not have any sort of identification or uniform. It was not a comforting environment. I left a day early. They could not print me a receipt and I did not get an email confirmation for canceling the second nights stay.

Disliked: Lobby and hallways are outdated. Room was surprisingly better than I anticipated given the condition of the lobby/hallways. Bathroom needed updating and shower curtain needed to be changed. Not happy with the male staff member who opened my door at 7:30am without knocking or announcing himself. Doors need more soundproofing cause you can hear every single person on the floor opening/closing doors or walking past the room.

Disliked: Phone in the room wasn't able to use it for local call. Staff allowed me to use the phone at the front desk.

Liked: Shanna one of the manager went above to make our stay right. Booking .com messed our reservation up. The young man working front desk & Shanna were wonderful thank you guys.
Disliked: It was fine

Liked: It was close to places to eat.
Disliked: Where do you want me to start. Shower clogged, no housekeeping, looked like they didn't have any cleaning. No tv cable, had to stream

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Fridge made unbearable squealing sound when running. Floors were uneven and sunk in in places. Air/heat smelled horrible when running. Had to replace batteries in remote and connect TV to wifi.
