Liked: It was awesome the hot stuff

Shabby but Comfortable

Liked: The free breakfast and the beautiful dining area. The atmosphere, it was very quiet up until 8 am, no kids running up and down the halls or Loud folks from the alibi lounge.
Disliked: The room had some very dirty spots - the recliner had huge white spots, no plug in the tub to enjoy a bath while the swimming pool was out of order. The hallways on the West side were unheated and absolutely frigid, wtc.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned. The floor wasn’t vacuumed, nothing was wiped down. The chair was broken. There was no air, the room felt like a sauna, & it smelled like cigarettes.

Disliked: The room was extremely hot with no way to cool it down or get fresh air.

Exceptional

Disappointing.

Disliked: I specifically wanted a place with a pool. Nothing on the website indicated that the pool was out of order due to their remodeling or renovating project.

A complete nightmare. I want...

Liked: The water pressure.
Disliked: Not clean. No ceiling. Dirt and dust everywhere. Pool and hot tub were both out of commission. Staff or others were living at the property. Complete disappointment. Do not promote to others.

Worst hotel stay ever

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: When calling front desk no one answers. Room was colder than outside. Big note on thermostat not to turn on or u will get cold air. When we got ahold of front desk they brought a blanket with holes. Then next day we were told they hadn’t turned on the heat. They gave us a space heater. Took 20 mins to find outlet that we could plug it in too that didn’t pop the breaker.
