Disliked: Horrible rooms, smelling all around. Bad stuff behavior.

Liked: Slept through it! Should have asked for a wake up call.
Disliked: Making it to breakfast

Disliked: The location is far from most stores.

Disliked: The matrices were soon soft to the point our entire group talked to me about it.

Disliked: Room AC Unit did not work. Desk person tried to fix by unplugging the unit several times. Called maintenance person who did not show up for 4+ hours. He tried to reset unit as well. Didn't work. Said he was going to get a part to fix it and then never returned. No other rooms available. We spent a very hot miserable night in this hotel and will never stay here again. Staff is indifferent. Was told I needed to speak to a manager to possibly get any compensation. Called 3 times and was told the manager would call me. He never did. Called a 4th time and he was rude and basically said nothing was wrong with the unit. And that I had to complain to Booking.com. So this is my official complaint. I will write a scathing review of this hotel and give it 0 stars and recommend people avoid this hotel. Hotel is dated and needs updating. Vending machines were out of order. Nobody at desk most of the time. Checked out at 4 a.m. with no one at desk. When talking to manager, I asked for a final bill to be emailed. He said he would. Never was sent. Only good thing was the 24-hour hotel shuttle service.

Quiet, decent, but expensive

Liked: The hotel was pretty basic, but after a long day of flight delays, cancellations, and rerouting, all we wanted was a quiet room and this fit the bill. I understand that Anchorage is expensive, but our room cost a little over $400 which is very high compared to other cities I have traveled. The breakfast helped ease the cost of the room, but the high cost lowered my overall rating.

I would only stay there...

Liked: Shuttle picked me up at airport
Disliked: Bath/shower needs to be cleaned. Shuttle would not take me to cargo ramp at the airport. Breakfast was cold. Unappealing and in the middle of the lobby.

Disappointing

Liked: Location and room size
Disliked: The manager was extremely rude, you could hear everything in the rooms above, and bed was uncomfortable.
