Very good

Liked: BeThe bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was great and very professional. She was also helpful with recommendations of places to eat and shop.
Disliked: The door to our room could have been fixed. Just repair the hinges on the door and repair it so it would open and close without dragging.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Ac had mold . Something made us break out in bed..we could not find staff. We was there for a platelets at barnes.Stairs dirty . Bums In lobby.. blood at entrance .they threw ice on it .

NEEDs to be gutted and...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Smells old and musty very dark. only had two wash clothes and two towels we both take showers at night and in the morning. Only had decafe coffee, no elevator. Half the lights didn’t work in our room
