Very good

Liked: The beds were very comfortable! The pool area was nice. All the staff was exceptionally nice except the ones you have to get towels from they are very stingy with their towels. We booked two rooms and had 8 people they only gave 4 towels and wouldn't give more.

Disliked: It was hot ,the air conditioner didn't work too well,also was given a room went to it and somebody was still in there.not good good of got hurt or shot at.the atmosphere was what it should of been .got a different room it was just ok

Liked: The beds were relatively comfortable.
Disliked: The room was dusty. There was dust on the phone, coffee pot, tv, lighting fixtures. The toilet lid kept falling off. There were small holes in the walls and the bathtub was dirty/stained. There was only 1 trashcan in the bathroom and no other trash can in the room. We left the trash outside the door and it was there for 2 days before anyone picked it up. The place was just really run down. The TV barely worked and had mostly music channels. With the room seemingly so dirty, I went out and bought lysol wipes to wipe down the place; especially the remote.

Disliked: The office staff was horrible. They were doing maintenance at 8 am on Sunday morning and then power washing the windows and doors shortly after. There were a lot of drug addicts walking around room to room and to buy drugs. There was a horrible smell of pot everywhere in the building and outside. First day there the maintenance guy just walked into our room with just me and my children in there to fix a toilet seat. He never knocked or said anything just opened the door. The rooms have holes in the walls, spills all over the floors that I’m not sure they can even get up at this point. Once again even at check out the office staff was rude and I feel like they were trying to get over on me and try to keep my damaged deposit. I will never be returning to the hotel.
