Disliked: I dislike the fact that I asked for a discount because the housekeeper did not clean my room but yet they allow the maintenance guy to go in there to fix the AC unit. On our third day of stay the housekeeper lied and said she cleaned our room but she never did She came in and dropped towels on the sink and left never took the trash never made the beds. I feel as a customer paying for my room that's what I pay for is cleanliness fresh towels and a comfortable place to stay away from home and I deserve to have a discount but management said no I will no longer stay with you guys ever again I will take my business elsewhere. I've stay with you guys 5 times every time I visit my family because it was the most convenient location in the heart of Wichita Falls where my family lives I was sadly disappointed! 😠😡🤬
