Baymont is not for families...

Liked: Bathroom was clean
Disliked: The dresser and desk had dust and some other residue, refrigerator was wobbly and dirty inside. Breakfast was terrible. No hot eggs or biscuits and gravy.. someone used jellies and put them back in the bowl. Coffee was cold. No elevator so my 80 year old mom had to climb stairs constantly. What hotel doesn't have an elevator? There were kids, guessing from the college playing football in the hallway at 11 pm and nothing in the vending machines. Couldn't see hardly anything in the pool, no lighting?

Unsatisfactory for a hotel business

Liked: The bed was soft
Disliked: The pool smelled musty, mildew, the hot tub apparently hasn't worked in months, the sauna is a storage room. The balls in the pool were mildewy there was mildew/mold? Along the edge of the whole pool. Lots of repairs and cleaning needs to be done in the whole hotel. The side entrance does not lock so anyone could just walk in.

Great budget option

Liked: Very happy with the value for price. Very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff, room was clean. Thanks!
Disliked: Window directly faced parking lot, but it can't be helped.

Good

Liked: For a short stay it was nice. Had good breakfast and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hot tub/jacuzzi didn’t work. Fix the jets please.

Never again.

Disliked: The rooms were not as advertised, not clean, and a large number of intoxicated guests were loud and obnoxious- which wouldn't have been the end of the world by any means- but we were with our young kids on this trip. The listing advertised a hot tub and a fitness room- 2 of the 3 features we were looking for in accommodations- and both were not functional. Our request for a cancelation with refund was made immediately upon viewing the property and immediately denied. Will never stay at a Baymont again and will not use Booking.com in the future and will advise all friends, family, and acquaintances to avoid both as well. Truly disappointing and terrible customer service on both ends.
