Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: I liked the muffin atbreakfast
Disliked: Upon arrival, room was dirty. Hair tie next to the bed, toilet paper all messy, towel on sink. No extra lock for the door just the hanging lock. Overall lots of low quality energy throughout the building and environment

Superb

Liked: Great location to everyone and everything I need.
Disliked: Pool closed. Stayed 5 days. No one came to clean room or bring fresh towels.

The room was very spacious...

Liked: The location to the event was very close.
Disliked: The bathroom was very nasty. The shower had black mold. The bath tub had brown stains. The hotel could used some update.

Good

Liked: Room was very clean! Bed was super comfy, air con worked well, shower was good! A little worn, but can absolutely overlook that for the price we paid and the cleanliness! Checkin was super quick and easy! Staff was very friendly- only interacted with front desk and breakfast woman, but super nice!!
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better, but having that as an option was good-cereal options and toast!

Disliked: Prepaid before arriving. Having a baby in the nearby Nicu I just needed a place to sleep and take a shower. I wouldn’t even bother with leaving a review if there was some empathy shown from the front desk when I told them the fridge stopped working in the middle of the night and my 12 ounces of breastmilk I stored in it overnight went bad. Not even an apology just “fridge is broken ? Ok “ was his response. -AC took forever to work 2+ hour to cool the room-Bedbugs (will attach pictures)-TV doesn’t work-Low Shower pressure-Broken furniture*worst yet refrigerator stopped working over night *

For a one night stay...

Liked: Location Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Standing lamp and desk lamp did not work. Air conditioner didn’t work properly and tv too small
