Liked: The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The tv didnt work. The neighbors were playing loud music all hours. Doors slammed loudly throughout the night. All we could do was try to shut our eyes and sleep.

Liked: Nothing, the hotel cancelled my reservation.
Disliked: When booking, I included that I would be traveling with a pet. Upon check-in, I was told I needed to pay an additional pet fee of $30. That was fine so I said I'd pay it in cash. Here is where it got interesting. Once I paid in cash, I was then told there was another $50 deposit fee (so $80 in total). When I asked for a receipt, the worker could not provide me with one. It seemed that he was simply keeping the cash for himself. When I kept pushing for a receipt, he eventually told me I had to leave and cancelled my room. I did not receive the full refund on my booking price so now I'm dealing with that.

Liked: I've worked for a couple of high-end hotels, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and common areas. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: It's not really a hotel issue, more of a guest, and a common respect issue. All the available parking spaces were full, and myself and a few other guests had to park off the concrete and into the grass area because some motorcycle travelers had their small trailers parked in a stall and the bike in another when both would've clearly fit into a single stall. As a motorcycle rider myself and noticing that the hotel was pretty booked, I definitely wouldn't utilize more stalls than necessary. Overall, my stay was relaxing and pleasant.
