Liked: I like the front desk lady. Extremely friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: My key didn't work on the back door to the building. Not a real inconvenience.

Disappointing

Disliked: The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke and the second room I found a cockroach in my bathroom. I checked out early and did not stay both nights I booked. Was promised a refund for the second night but have not heard back.

Nice room but poor service.

Disliked: No maid service at all. No clean towels or face cloths.

Liked: The location of the hotel was exactly where we needed to be.
Disliked: The place smelled like mold. Our room was not clean. The shower head was held on by electrical tape. We found a "personal toy" in the sofa pull out bed. Despite our reservation being for a family, our room was only stocked with 1 lg towel, 1 hand towel, and 2 washcloths. We had to call to get bedsheets and pillows for the pull out sofa.

Liked: Breakfast was reasonable. Staff was accommodating.
Disliked: Deplorable physical condition of the room. The first room TV was broken had to move, but the sink was leaking hot water and could not be stopped. Second room had multiple cosmetic, deficiencies, unstoppable, cold water drip from bathroom sink.
